My Design Process
Addressing Clients and Users

1. Define Goals
Considering both client and user needs, I define what the project aims to accomplish.

2. Empathize
To optimize their experience, it is essential to interview, observe, and understand users.

3. Brainstorm
Sketches and other UX exercises are performed to find appropriate solutions to the problem.

4. Prototype
Working prototypes bring ideas to life and allow a base for user testing and client feedback.

5. Test
Testing gives direct feedback from potential users, allowing for a better end product.

6. Implement
The product's ideal form is ready to launch only when both the business and its users are happy.
